The man has been all over the place, reminding me of that golden age for Lil Wayne form 2005-09 where literally every rapper has a Weezy verse on their newest single. If you have been keeping up on the rap game, or have casually turned on the radio this past year, you’ve most likely heard Rick Ross’ signature “Humph” (phonetics are hard) or his “Maybach Music” drop on many radio singles. The fire single sets the tone for the rest of the album, which keeps that fire well stoked and fed. Dre, and Ross goes pound for pound with them.
